I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I hold a master's degree in marriage and family therapy and professional counseling. I am a Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
The thought of therapy can feel overwhelming for any individual. As a well trained therapist, I can make this process less daunting while helping you find lasting solutions to the issues that are affecting your life. I am specifically trained to work with individuals, couples, and families.
My interests include but are not limited to couples and communication, improving relational intimacy, surviving affairs, adolescents, marital changes due to birth of children and adolescents leaving home, adult adoptees, family of origin issues, work stress, and self esteem. My clinical areas of focus are depression, anxiety, stress reduction, and attachment.
I offer several morning, daytime, and evening hours to accommodate busy families.
